Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened logs (sealed sleeves of tins) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued for the purchase amount of the returned product.
- Refunds are processed via eTransfer to the original purchaser.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened tins or partial logs cannot be returned or refunded.

- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
We’ll provide instructions for sending the unopened product back.
